SCS New CEO & Superintendent Chosen

Sandusky City Schools’ Board of Education is announcing that Mr. Dan Rambler has been selected as the district’s next CEO and Superintendent. The board is working on details of Mr. Rambler’s contract, which will be signed later this spring. This will allow sufficient transitioning time to take place.

Mr. Rambler will replace Dr. Eugene Sanders who has served as the Sandusky Superintendent for 10 years. In addition to the “Building Better Dreams” project, which was completed this past January with three new elementary buildings and updates to Sandusky High School, Dr. Sanders also ushered in many new and transformational ways of delivering education in Sandusky City Schools.
