During the July 20, 2021, Sandusky Board of Education Meeting, an agreement was ratified between Sandusky City Schools (SCS) and Sandusky Central Catholic Schools (SMCC) regarding a rental agreement for the use of Strobel Field at Cedar Point Stadium for the 2021-2022 school year. This rental agreement is a three-year partnership between SCS and SMCC spanning from 2021-2024. SMCC will have full access to Strobel Field at Cedar Point Stadium to play home football games and host track and field events. SCS will provide facilities and maintenance supervision for each event. Within this agreement, SMCC will pay SCS $8,500 per year with additional charges possible as outlined in the SCS rental fee schedule in regards to facilities upkeep and management.
