In collaboration with Sandusky City Schools, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is happy to announce a K-6, in-person, Virtual Learning Center for students. This Club Smart Virtual Learning Center will serve as a support to the district’s virtual learning initiatives. Students will have a safe place with support from trained adults to access, complete and submit their academic coursework. The Virtual Learning Center is located in the former Osborne Elementary School, at 920 West Osborne Street.
The Virtual Learning Center will commence Sept 21st and operate 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Transportation will be provided to students attending the Virtual Learning Center by Sandusky City Schools.
We encourage those families who need this program to take full advantage. However, please keep in mind that space is limited, so please only use these resources if needed. We are now accepting applications

www.scs-k12.net. We have made available two drop-off locations for completed applications: The Board of Education office, 407 Decatur Street
from 8:00 am -2:00 pm, and in a labeled and secure drop box in the lobby of The Boys and Girls Club’s Administration office,135 East Washington Row, Ste. D
from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
You will be notified by phone if your child(ren) have secured a spot. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the program.
Please note that all CDC recommendations for social distancing, sanitation and safety will be taken within our Virtual Learning Center. The safety of our children and staff are of the utmost importance. Students must come to the center with a mask and have a temperature below 100F.
