11th Grade Students Going into 12th Grade - Immunization Information
Attention Families of current 11th grade students:

All students entering 12th grade are required to be up-to-date with the Meningococcal vaccine. If you choose not to immunize, then there must be an exemption or waiver on file for the current school year. Please see this information for details regarding what needs to be completed for this requirement.
