Securing a Computer at No Cost!

Sandusky City School families that are interested in securing a computer at no cost will need to complete the Community Action Commission of Erie, Huron, and Richland Counties application and meet the income requirement. 

Sandusky City Schools’ is launching a partnership with the Community Action Commission of Erie, Huron and Richland Counties to help eliminate digital inequity. Project Eliminate Digital Inequity is an opportunity that was created through a grant that was obtained by the Community Action Commission of Erie, Huron and Richland Counties to help bolster access to technology for low-income families in all three of the counties they serve. Mrs. Janice Warner, President, Board of Trustees, Community Action Commission of Erie, Huron and Richland Counties stated, “We recognize the significance of leveraging partnerships that aid in our efforts to alleviate poverty and empower low-income communities. In the 21st century, eliminating digital inequity is a huge barrier for low-income families. This partnership will accelerate our efforts to change lives by creating pathways to success for those vulnerable members of our communities.
