Registration for students in grades K-6 is processed at the Administration Building, located at 407 Decatur Street, Sandusky, OH. Registration can be completed between the hours of 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Documents required to bring to registration are as follows:
- Original Birth Certificate,
- Immunization Records
- Parent/Guardian Proof of Residency
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Custody/Legal Documents
- IEP or MFE
- Previous School Information
(Copies of all required documentation will be made at the Administration Building and originals returned to the parent/guardian at the time of registration).
We encourage parents to begin the registration process even if they are missing documents. A 30 day grace period will be granted to bring the missing documents to the elementary building were the student will attend.
School Supply List K-6, Campus Wear Policy K-6 and a Sandusky City Schools Calendar will be available during registration. These forms are also available on the "Forms" page of the district website.
