Sandusky Dining Services now uses bio-degradable trays and plates in all cafeterias. Sandusky High School will go trayless this year. SHS will continue to use biodegradable plates, and will eliminate the use of plastic trays. This will save thousands of gallons of fresh water and will reduce our water and sewage bills.
