1ST ANNUAL INSTRUMENT DRIVE KICK OFF
Do you have an old Band instrument at home collecting dust?  Why not donate it and pass on the gift of making music to the next generation of students? Bring your Band instrument to the SHS lobby from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Thursday, June 14th for inspection and donation!  A forte Music representative will be on hand to give you an appraisal for a donation/tax write-off.

TEAM MATT POOCH BENEFIT AND 5K

A benefit for Matt Pooch, Sandusky Schools Accountant and Margaretta graduate battling brain cancer, will be held on Sunday, May 20 from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion. A 5K Fun-Run will also be held on Saturday, May 19 at 9:00 a.m. at the MHS Cross Country Course. SANDUSKY "FREE" SPORTS PHYSICAL - MAY 23

Firelands Regional Medical Center has graciously offered to provide FREE physicals to all Sandusky City Schools students entering grades 6-12 who are interested in playing sports. The physical is good for one year from the date of exam.  Read More >

Safety Town Registration May 16-25
Registration is being conducted during Kindergarten Registration at Jackson Learning Center, entrance off of Decatur Street parking lot.  Safety Town Registration is $10.00 for in-district children and $25.00 for out-of-district children.  Open to both public and  parochial children.  For Registration Information Contact: Luanne Maschari 419-621-2866.

SARAH MILLER ALL-SCHOLASTIC AWARDEE & NATIONAL MERIT FINALIST
Sarah Miller was honored on Wednesday, April 25 at the 23rd Annual Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award Program. The Franklin B Walter All- Scholastic Award was established in 1989 by Ohio's County Superintendents to recognize outstanding student achievement.  One senior from each of Ohio's eighty-eight counties is chosen to receive this annual honor.  Sarah, a National Merit Finalist, was selected to represent Erie County.
