Now you can sign-up to receive SCS news by e-mail and text alerts. The district's goal is to provide tailored communication between parents and community members. When you create your account, you will have the option of choosing which types of information you are interested in receiving: district news and/or building news from any combination of schools. By choosing the Online Dashboard Weekly Updates option, you will receive weekly updates on any new content added to the sections you select. You may receive your selected information via e-mail. If your contact information changes or you wish to change the type of information you receive, you can update your account at any time.

After setting up your account, follow these steps to access your account:
- Click the Parents/Students tab at the top of the SCS home page
- Click on E-News / Alerts Sign-Up
- Click on the highlighted link to access the Account Login Screen
